A winter weather advisory has been issued for Canadian County, and a winter storm watch is in effect for Kingfisher County for early Sunday.
Up to 2 inches of snow is possible in the Piedmont area.
Snowfall is expected to begin after midnight Saturday. The low temperature will be near 29 degrees, the National Weather Service reports.
Snow will mainly be before noon, and the high temperature in the Piedmont area Sunday will be near 33 degrees.
There is a chance for up to 4 inches of snow for parts of northwest Oklahoma.
Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high temperature near 46 degrees.
Monday will be sunny with a high near 41 degrees.
