State House District 41 incumbent Denise Crosswhite Hader has been reelected to serve her fourth term in office, winning handily Tuesday over challenger Democrat Mike Bockus.
Crosswhite Hader’s margin of victory was slightly bigger than the last time she ran against Bockus. That was in 2022.
Unofficial results from the Oklahoma State Election Board Tuesday night, with 11 of 11 precincts reported, show Hader with 14,311 votes, 68.42%, and Bockus 6,606 votes, 31.58%.
In 2022, Hader defeated Bockus with 67.52% of the vote compared to 32.48% for Bockus. The total was 9,641 votes for Hader, 4,637 for Bockus.
House District 41 covers all of the City of Piedmont, and mostly Canadian County with parts in Kingfisher, Logan and Oklahoma counties. Cashion and northwest Oklahoma City, including Surrey Hills, are in the district.
A district map shows the southern boundary as mostly Northwest Expressway, with Surrey Hills, between Cemetery and Sara Road just south of Northwest Expressway. The district boundary on the east is near Danforth Road / NW 192 and just west of Pennsylvania Avenue.
Hader was elected in 2018. She grew up in Piedmont and worked in U.S. Rep. Ernest Istook’s office.

Hader’s margin of victory was larger than the last time she ran against Bockus. That was in 2022.
Unofficial results from the Oklahoma State Election Board Tuesday night this time around showed Crosswhite Hader leading with 68.23% of the vote to Bockus 31.77%.
With 9 of 11 precincts reported, Hader had 11,763 votes and Bockus had 5,478, according to the state election board website.
