“We opened May 1, 2023. We were located in Surrey Hills and opened there in September 2019. Sop we were there a few years and moved to Piedmont. “Piedmont is my hometown. So, I grew up here. I graduated at Piedmont High School in 2005 and when I became a State Farm Agent in 2015, I opened up my first location in Edmond. And I wanted to come to Piedmont, but the time wasn’t right,” Schubert said after the May 23 ribbon-cutting ceremony with the chamber President Meagan Early.

He continued to explain how he made it back to Piedmont.

“Then I got the opportunity to take over an agency in Surrey Hills. And I always kind of had the goal of making that move from there to Piedmont. And so, as this opportunity came to buy this building and come right here to Piedmont Road. And I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to come back to the hometown and put a business in the hometown. So, we’re excited about it,” Schubert said.

The building had been a dog grooming business last. It is near Piedmont Elementary School on the west side of Piedmont Road.

Chamber President Meagan Early said about the ribbon-cutting, “Today they have their grand opening. They’ve been here a while and they have joined the chamber and got their ribbon cutting.”
