Jason Aaron Gage was born on Sept. 16,1977 in Memphis,Tennessee to Larry and Shelia (Woodard) Gage and passed from this life to the next on Friday Sept. 1,2023 at the age of 45 years old.
He is survived by his only child and light of his life,Jayden Marie Gage,his mother Shelia Gage, both of Piedmont. Two sisters Jennifer and Rigo of Mexico and Melissa Duschel of Poteau and his father, Larry Gage of Arizona. One nephew, Jack Duschel and five nieces McKenzie Link, Victoria Cavazos, Daniella Tovar, Abby and Scoute Duschel, and several special cousins, including Clinton Wayne “Bubba” Cotton and Christy Beckner.
Jason as an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, fish and was a master of the grill and quick with a joke. He is a 1996 graduate of Piedmont High School where many life-long friendships began.
A celebration of his life will be at St. Marks Global Methodist Church in Bethany on Sept. 12th at 2 p.m.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Oscar Gage and Jewel Gage-King and Red and Verdie Woodard, and also his nephew, Matthew Duschel.
