Piedmont City Council on Monday is expected to consider an ordinance granting a nonexclusive permit to Cox Communications for a cable system within the city.
According to the item included on the May 23 agenda, council members could discuss and possibly take action on an agreement that could allow Cox to “construct, operate and maintain a cable system within the city of Piedmont, Oklahoma for a period not to exceed 10 years.”
Piedmont City Council is set to meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 23 in the council chambers at City Hall, located at 314 Edmond Road NW.
