The Piedmont Lady Wildcats take their win streak to the Newcastle Invitational Tournament Thursday, Jan. 21.

 

The Piedmont Lady Wildcats defeated Guthrie in a runaway Tuesday night, keeping a winning streak going before a tournament that starts today.

The scored was 50-28 in Piedmont’s favor. The girls’ win streak continues going into a tournament in Newcastle Thursday.

On Tuesday night, Triniti Harmon led the Lady Wildcats team in scoring with 14 points, two for two at the free throw line.

Khloe Carr hit three treys in the second quarter and had 13 total points for the night.

Jillian Crawford had 10 points, and Paige Blanchard had four points. Delanie Crawford had three points, and made one of two free throws. Lillie Attalh, Lani Sanders, and Logan Raymer had two points apiece.

The girls play in the Newcastle Otho “Sweet Pea” Curtis Invitational at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 against the Deer Creek Junior Varsity squad.

The Piedmont girls are 8-4 and have won six in a row and eight out of the last nine games.
