Dolores Booth, of Piedmont, passed away October 18, 2020 after a brief stay at Agape Road Hospice Home.
She was born on July 25, 1936 to Joseph and Rose Konieczny in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended St. John the Baptist, in Manayunk, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1954.
Dolores married Darrel Booth on December 1, 1956 in Rocksboro, Pennsylvania. Dolores loved serving others. She was heavily involved in Kiwanis and a Key Club advisor. She served the Senior Citizens of Piedmont every Wednesday at the Piedmont United Methodist Church and served in the mentorship program for young students. Dolores always supported Darrel in whatever he was doing.
Whether it was racing horses, riding motorcycles or running the office during auctions, Dolores was right by his side. Dolores is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Rose Konieczny.
She is survived by her husband, Darrel of the home; daughter, Michelle Hollingsworth of Lewisville, Texas; daughter Teresa Roush and son-in-law, Kyle Roush of Piedmont; son, Scott Booth of Humble, Texas; granddaughter Kellee Moore and her husband, Adrian Moore of Weatherford; brother, Joe Konieczny of Pennsylvania and son, Darrel Booth of Guthrie.
A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2020, 10 a.m., at the Piedmont United Methodist Church.
