Piedmont Pharmacy & Gift has planned an open house for November.

The open house will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14. There will be light refreshments, hourly giveaways, and gifts with purchases over $25. There will also be an Ipad raffle.

Piedmont Pharmacy & Gift is located at 97 Gooder Simpson Boulevard.

Amanda Baustert, marketing manager, said a main raffle will give away an Ipad at the end of the day. Also shoppers can get a small pill bottle with a surprise discount for the day of up to 40% off of the entire purchase.

“Things are going good. We still have our normal group of customers. Masks in Piedmont are not required but we do recommend them when you come in the store,” Baustert said.
The holiday season open house will practice social-distancing during the open house.

She said the food offered will be individually packaged. There will be cookies, hot chocolate, cider. The store opened in Piedmont in 2009 and is in their 11th year.

“We also have a new manager, Travis Price, and this will be his first open house with us so we are excited,” Baustert said.

All gifts will be holiday-related items.

“It will be a new and interesting year for us but we are expecting a great turnout and we are really excited to see the community again,” Baustert said.

The lobby at the pharmacy was closed March through May due to the pandemic.
