Throughout her high school career, Kasey Rein was no stranger to success when it came to high school swimming.

It was only fitting that she got to experience more success in her final high school meet Monday night in Jenks.

At the 2014 Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State swim meet, Rein competed in four events and won three of them, on her way to helping the West team defeat the East team on the night at the Jenks Aquatic Center.

Rein claimed first in the event, along with a first place finish in the 100 fly. Her relay team broke the All-State record in the 400 freestyle and also brought home a second place finish in the 200 meter freestyle relay as well.

Rein swam in the 100 meter backstroke and the 100 fly events, where she was able to claim first place in both of them respectively.

There was also plenty of success for Rein in the relay events as well, as she was a part of the winning team in the 400 meter freestyle relay, which not only won, but ended up breaking an All-State record in the process.

In the 200 meter freestyle relay, Rein and her teammates managed to claim second place overall on the evening.

Rein will now move onto the college ranks where she will be a member of the University of Evansville Purple Aces swim team in Evansville, Indiana. She will be majoring in nursing while attending the university.
