A flood warning has been issued for the Piedmont area until 3 p.m. Tuesday, the National Weather Service reports.
Between 3 to 8 inches of rain fell in parts of Canadian County in a 24-hour period. There is a chance for more rain through Wednesday.

Areas where flooding is possible Tuesday afternoon include Calumet, Cedar Lake, Concho, El Reno, western, northwestern Oklahoma City, Mustang, Piedmont, Richland and Union City.
