Although COVID-19 closed school buildings early for the 2020 class, seniors are preparing for a virtual graduation Monday and for another event in July. There will be a virtual graduation at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 18 that will be livestreamed on the district’s website. And a 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 16 graduation ceremony planned at Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City. Senior Kali Sanders said she has kept busy with her college courses online. “It is sad not finishing out the year with everyone,” Sanders said.
