At least two people are hospitalized in Yukon with COVID-19, hospital officials have confirmed.
Patients are being treated at Integris Canadian Valley Hospital Wednesday. Two patients are on ventilators.
Hospital President Teresa Gray said patients are being treated in an isolated, contained area. Patients are in stable to critical condition, she said.
“Patient and caregiver safety is number one,” Gray said. “We are following best practices and CDC guidelines.”
Statewide, there are 106 cases with four of the cases reported in Canadian County, the Oklahoma State Department of Health has reported. There are 41 cases in Oklahoma County.
The age range of patients affected statewide is infant to 91 years-old.
