Oklahoma City woman loses control of vehicle, rolls it twice on the Northwest Expressway

Okarche firefighters and paramedics work to get Rosa Pratts, 52, Oklahoma City, out of her vehicle. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper No. 861, Tom Barton, said his initial ruling to the cause of the accident was, Pratts was driving westbound down the Northwest Expressway at about 3:15 p.m., about three miles east of the Okarche town limits.
